Data Deletion and Export Policy

This page describes export and deletion paths for offline and online Opalyn data.

Pre-release draft. Final request response timeframes must be confirmed before public launch.

Tenant export

Tenant owners can export tenant data, including settings, staff, customers, services, bookings, completion notes, service summaries, and relevant audit/sync metadata.

Account deletion

Online users can request account deletion. Tenant deletion requires owner confirmation and should offer export before deletion.

Offline data

Offline data is stored on the user's device. Offline backups remain wherever the user stored them and must be deleted separately by the user.
