Data Processing Addendum

This draft describes online cloud sync processing for Opalyn business tenants.

Pre-release draft. Tenant legal name, provider legal entity, incident notice timeframe, governing terms, and signature process must be finalized before use.

Processing scope

Processing may include hosting tenant data, syncing across devices, authenticating users, sending notifications when enabled, generating exports and reports, maintaining audit logs, verifying online cloud-sync subscription entitlement, and providing support.

Data categories

Account emails, staff names and roles, customer records, booking records, service records and prices, completion notes, sync metadata, notification tokens, trial and entitlement state, store subscription references, and audit logs.
