End User License Agreement

This draft applies to use of the Opalyn mobile app.

Pre-release draft. Final provider legal entity must be confirmed before public launch.

License

Opalyn grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app according to this agreement and applicable app-store terms.

Restrictions

Users may not bypass tenant isolation, authentication, role permissions, entitlement controls, or use the app unlawfully.

Ownership

The app and service are owned by the provider or licensors. Business data remains the responsibility of the tenant or user who entered it.

No payment processing

Opalyn v1 does not process salon/customer payments.
