Opalyn

License

Opalyn grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app according to this agreement and applicable app-store terms.

Restrictions

Users may not bypass tenant isolation, authentication, role permissions, entitlement controls, or use the app unlawfully.

Ownership

The app and service are owned by the provider or licensors. Business data remains the responsibility of the tenant or user who entered it.

No salon payment processing

Opalyn does not process salon/customer payments, collect cards for salon services, provide a salon payment gateway, or track salon payment status. Any payment between a business and its customer happens outside Opalyn.

Online subscription

Online cloud sync is an Opalyn feature entitlement purchased or restored through applicable store billing where required and verified by the backend before activation.
