Support covers account access, offline workspaces, online tenant setup, trial status, export, deletion, bug reports, and security routing.

Suspended or expired tenants

Suspended, expired, cancelled, or trial-expired online tenants must still be able to access support and export tenant data.

Exclusions

Support does not cover business disputes between a salon and customers, salon payment collection, or recovery of offline data that was not backed up.
