Service

Opalyn provides free offline mode for one local device/workspace and optional paid online cloud sync for multi-device teams.

No salon payment processing

Opalyn does not provide salon payment gateway services, Xendit integration, in-app salon payment collection, or salon payment status workflows.

Online subscription

Online cloud sync is a tenant/workspace subscription with a target price of USD 1/month or USD 10/year, subject to store price tiers, local currency, taxes, and storefront rules. Backend verification is required before entitlement becomes active.

Accounts and tenant access

Online access is controlled by Firebase authentication, server-side tenant membership, role permissions, and entitlement state. Tenant owners manage staff access and data accuracy.

Offline responsibility

Offline users are responsible for local device data and backup/export files. Deleting the app or losing a device may delete local data.

Suspension and export

Expired, suspended, cancelled, or trial-expired online tenants may be limited to read/export-only access where legally allowed.
